To make a warranty claim you will have to submit a Warranty & Claims request.
Fill out the request form with all of the requested information. Please include a description of how the damage occurred and pictures of both the product and the damage.
Kari Traa webshop warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty.
If the claim is accepted based on pictures and conversation we will send you a new item or cancel the purchase in accordance with your consumer rights. In most cases, we must ask you to ship the product to us for inspection, and in these cases, Kari Traa will cover the shipping cost.
We have made huge leaps in Sustainability, but still have a long way to go. To help the cause, we highly recommend you try and repair the item yourself before requesting a replacement.
