How to Return an Item
- Go to our return portal: Visit our return portal by clicking on this link: Return portal
- Log in: Log in with your email address and order number.
- Select items: Choose the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
- Create a return label: Download and print the return label (you do not need to print the receipt)
- Pack the item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging or another suitable box.
- Attach the return label: Attach the return label to the package.

Send the package: Deliver the package at the nearest drop-off location.

Important Information
- Return period: You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: The items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Separate your returns: If you have items from different orders, please register separate returns and ship accordingly.
