- Please keep Return Orders separated by their respective orders. Items from multiple orders cannot be combined into single return shipments. Not following these guidelines will delay refund processing by 2 weeks.
- If you are a registered customer, please first log into your account and then proceed to submit a request. The system will not recognize your order if you are not logged in.
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please place a new order. We are not able to provide previous promotional discounts on new purchases.
- Only one return request can be submitted per order through the Returns Portal. If you wish to return additional items from your order, please submit a request to contact our Customer Service team to modify the existing Return Request. Click here to send us a request
