We must receive your return in accordance with the criteria listed below.
- Items marked, "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return.
- Underwear cannot be returned.
- Products must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Footwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products must have all tags attached.
- Products must be returned with all accessories.
- Products purchased anywhere except karitraa.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Kari Traa will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased product in the same form as the original payment.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process from the date the return is received.
- Refund will be issued by, “Active Brands AS (KariTraa–Active B NA)".
- Products purchased on karitraa.com cannot be exchanged, please place a new order.
- Original shipping cost is not refundable.
- ExpertVoice orders are not eligible for returns. Customers agree to guidelines prior to checkout.
- Only one return shipment is allowed per order. Purchaser is responsible for additional shipping fees.
